1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and Suirodoku ("We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services at suirodoku.com ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms and permits you to use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time and thus we recommend that they are reviewed on a regular basis. The date at the beginning of these Terms refers to the latest update. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Suirodoku is an online puzzle game that combines classic Sudoku with colors. The Service allows users to play Suirodoku puzzles where each cell contains both a number (1-9) and a color, creating 81 unique combinations across the grid.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Playing Suirodoku puzzles with unique color-number combinations
• Creating an account to save progress and track statistics
• Competing on public leaderboards
• Accessing various difficulty levels from Easy to Master
• Ranked and practice game modes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may add or remove features, functionalities, or content. We have no obligation to provide any updates, supplements, or subsequent versions of the Service.

3. User Accounts

In order to use certain features of the Service, you may create an account using your email address or through third-party authentication providers (Google, Facebook). When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not disclose your password to any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You may not use another user's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we have reasons to suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use.

4. User Conduct

You are only authorized to use the Service in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You must comply with the laws that apply to you in your country of residence and any other location from which you access the Service.

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Service
• Manipulate leaderboards, game statistics, or rankings through any artificial means
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or circumvent restrictions
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate gamertags or profile information
• Attempt to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing offending content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violators to law enforcement authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Suirodoku, including but not limited to the game concept, software code, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, designs, text, sounds, animations, and documentation is the property of Suirodoku and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The Suirodoku game design (color-number grid concept) is a registered design with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) under registration number 20222638, filed on June 18, 2022.

The Suirodoku electronic game grid design is a registered design with INPI under registration number 20252794, filed on July 6, 2025.

"Suirodoku" is a registered trademark with INPI under registration number 23 5004632, filed on November 8, 2023 (Classes 9, 28, 41).

We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms. You may not sell, resell, distribute, or transfer this license to any third party.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Service without our prior written consent, except for:

• Temporary storage in your device's cache for personal, non-commercial use
• Printing or downloading pages for personal, non-commercial use

You must not:

• Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use any content for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Use automated systems, robots, spiders, or scrapers to copy or download content from the Service

Artificial Intelligence Restrictions: You may not copy or use all or any part of the content for any artificial intelligence purposes. In particular, you may not use all or any part of the content to develop, create, prompt, train, improve, or enhance any deep learning, machine learning, or other artificial intelligence application, including any neural network, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. You may not make screen captures or videos of gameplay, or use text and data mining, web crawling, screen scraping, or similar data gathering methods to create datasets for training AI models.

6. Advertising

Our Service displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the Service
• Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of such advertisements
• Third-party advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history (subject to your consent where required)
• Any interaction with advertisements is at your own risk and subject to the advertiser's terms and policies

7. Leaderboards and Rankings

The Service may include public leaderboards displaying user rankings based on game performance. By participating in ranked games, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your gamertag, scores, and statistics may be publicly displayed on leaderboards
• We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reset any scores obtained through cheating, exploitation, or violation of these Terms
• We may modify the ranking system, scoring algorithms, or leaderboard structure at any time
• Leaderboard positions do not confer any rights, prizes, or rewards unless explicitly stated
• We may periodically reset leaderboards without prior notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

You use the Service at your sole risk. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUIRODOKU BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suirodoku from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
• Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may add or remove features, functionalities, or content at our sole discretion.

We may also modify these Terms from time to time. In case of material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service or by other means. The date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when they were last updated.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, delete your account.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at contact@suirodoku.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Suirodoku regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
