What changes at 75 clues
Single-step deductions still cover most of the grid, but pockets appear where nothing is directly forced. The unlock is crossing two observations: « this cell’s digit is known, and only one color is still free in this region ». Two easy facts, one certain move.
Half-clues start working
A digit without its color, a color without its digit — on Medium these half-clues carry real information. A lone digit tells you which colors it can still pair with (each of the 81 digit-color pairs exists exactly once in the grid); a lone color narrows its digit the same way. Read every half-filled cell twice: once as a digit fact, once as a color fact.

The worldwide Daily Challenge — one grid per day, same for every player on Earth — is calibrated near this level. If you can finish Medium comfortably, you can compete on the daily leaderboard and start a streak. Medium practice is daily training.
